I prepped four different vegetables and hummus to snack on during my week. The hour's worth of work in food preparation will pay large dividends in staying healthy (managing cholesterol & insulin) and gaining strength in the gym. Put some effort forth. Long-term success isn't coincidental. Rather, it's a pile of small victories that happen day to day.
