Roast em'

As we know, lunch consists of a protein, vegetable, and fat. Take note, bread/grains were not included in this conversation. Make your lunchtime salads palatable. Roasted sweet peppers will add flavor to your lunch time salad or can be mixed in with greens for a late morning snack. 1. Set oven to 400 degrees 2. Cut tops off, clean, and slice in half 3. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt/pepper, and red pepper flakes. 4. Roast for roughly 40 minutes, flip at 20 minute mark. 5. Finish up with a touch of balsamic vinegar. 6. Store in the refrigerator.
