I think it is fair to say that each of you improves your strength and endurance from workout to workout. However; I've noticed that eating healthy is where most of you are continuing to struggle. Once a month, starting on Monday, May 1st at 6 pm I will be hosting a discussion group for healthy eating. I will share with you food hacks that I believe will create long-term success. You will also develop a personalized food schedule to build off of from week to week. Most importantly, you will be part of a group of eager people who also want to improve themselves. We are all in the same boat with this one because we all have failed numerous times to make good choices surrounding food. I am here to help you improve your overall wellness, mind and body. The cost is $30.00 per month if paid in advance or $40.00 at the door on May 1st. Come with a mindset that you can and will improve. I look forward to seeing you.
