Cheat Night

Thursday! Thursday! Thursday! Add a calendar reminder because we are engaging in a ceremonial group cheat snack this Thursday, April 27th, in the evening. Starting from the time you read this, until Thursday evening, no garbage food is to be eaten. This includes bread, Oreos, or Grandma's pound cake. We control our food intake. Food doesn't control us. If you don't have anything else planned for this week already, make Thursday your cheat night. Write a note on your desk, refrigerator, or night stand as a reminder. Why Thursday you ask? It's a good friends birthday and I anticipate cake being involved. Have you thought about what is in store for you this week? Oh will learn these life skills and more at Food Club on May 1st at 6 pm.
