Food Prep


Prepare for succes.  Make your snacks ahead of time so you can hit the ground running each day. In the beginning of the week, cook three different vegetables (see examples below) that are easy to prepare. Toss veggies in olive oil, salt, cracked pepper, and garlic. Set your oven to 425 degrees and put prepared veggies into oven on a baking sheet. Remove them from the oven once they reach your desired crispiness. Plan to bake for at least 20 to 40 minutes.

✔️Green Beans (sliced almonds optional)
