Prepare to Win


Which foods are you preparing today? 

This week I’m snacking on butternut squash, green beans and broccoli.  They will be used as snacks between breakfast and lunch throughout my week.  

Food Club meets tomorrow, October 16th  at 6pm.  We will construct a grocery list to implement into your week. Cost of attendance is a $10.00 monetary donation that will benefit Wings For Joy’s Thanksgiving Campaign.  Text Iron Stella at 301-520-5510 to reserve your spot.  Class is open to 10 people only.
