I’d like to share with you my weekly goals. I write them down because it feels good to check them off. On the other hand, it hurts when I’m off task. I hate to cut myself short.
-4 days of strength training (completed three so far)
-4 days of high intensity interval training (completed three so far)
-3 days of yoga (completed two so far)
-Nutrition on point and cheat meals scheduled.
-Remove all excuses from my mind such as the weather, holiday parties, or other events that will impact my training if I’m not prepared mentally and time wise. My attitude is that I will complete what’s expected of me. You can too.
