Hit The Road

Holiday travel can wreak havoc on your nutritional plan. Choose apples, raw nuts, raw vegetables and hummus, or even beef jerky as your driving snacks. If you need to stop for lunch, ditch the bread and eat the guts of a turkey sandwich or cheese burger. Load up on the vegetable options. Also, be sure to have plenty of water for your journey.
