In order to become leaner, your first three meals must be dialed in. Eliminate all sugar and processed foods, such as granola bars, bagels, or cereal from your diet. They provide zero nutritional value. Eat like a grown adult for heavens sake.
Breakfast:
-Large glass of water
-Coffee with half and half
-2 eggs scrambled in kerrygold holy delicious butter
-Large serving of kale with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Snack
-Sliced crispy cucumbers baby
-Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper
-Large glass of water
Lunch
-Can of tuna fish mixed with Kirkland’s single serve organic hummus, olive oil, salt, and pepper
-Large bed of broccoli
-Olives
-Dressing: mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and whole grain mustard
-Large glass of h20
PS. I’ve never heard of anyone developing high cholesterol or blood pressure by consuming a ton of vegetables. Your problem lies within processed foods and how it negatively affects your insulin.
