Avocado & Pepper


Are you looking to manage your high cholesterol or blood sugar?  Try replacing packaged and processed foods, such as bread, cereal and granola bars, with healthy fats (like avocado & olive oil) and a vegetable for a mid-morning snack.

One of my favorites is avocado and sliced raw pepper, with a dash of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
